New Plan Joran: food court revisited at altitude
Located in the Grands Montets ski area, Plan Joran is reinventing itself this season with a new alpine food court concept. Designed to combine speed, conviviality and quality, the venue offers a varied menu: wood-fired pizzas, bistro dishes, pasta, snacks and a coffee corner.
Accessible on skis, Plan Joran offers a modern and welcoming setting, with a large panoramic terrace ideal for a gourmet break between runs. A new must-visit destination on the slopes, faithful to the spirit of Maison des Drus.

For more than five years, Maison des Drus has been proud to partner with the Pionniers de Chamonix, the valley's iconic ice hockey team. This partnership, based on passion, team spirit, and pushing oneself to new heights, reflects our local commitment.
Each season, our Maison des Drus restaurants host Pionniers Business Club events, bringing together partners and local stakeholders around hockey.
Chamonix, a hockey hotspot for 115 years, sees its Pioneers compete at the highest national level in the Synerglace Ligue Magnus championship. The 2025/2026 season promises to fly the valley's colors high and share the passion for this historic sport with all fans.

Charamillon - A new experience
A new experience in our Charamillon Food Court. Perched at an altitude of 1,850 metres on the Domaine de Balme, Charamillon has been completely refurbished and reinvented. Its decor blends authenticity and modernity. With raw wood, natural colours and large picture windows opening onto the Chamonix valley.
We've redesigned the dining rooms for greater comfort. And the large terrace, nestling between Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles Rouges, offers a breathtaking panorama.
Designed to offer a unique experience in Charamillon, this revamped space combines conviviality and authenticity, with local flavours taking pride of place, making every break a truly timeless moment.

3842 - A New Breath
Following a complete refurbishment, the Le 3842 restaurant at l'Aiguille now boasts the authentic ambience of a mountain refuge. Mismatched furniture, old photos of Chamonix and tartan carpeting add charm and character, while the deep blue walls add a chic, cosy touch. Recreating the atmosphere of a traditional mountain refuge. An invitation to a moment out of time.
These transformations are the work of Studio Monts et Merveilles, specialists in Alpine interior design, who bring a unique signature to each space.

3842 Summit - The view is everything
Renovated to enhance its exceptional location, 3842 Summit is all about its breathtaking panorama. The large picture windows offer total immersion in the landscape, while the sober furnishings and warm decorative touches complete the experience. Here, the mountain is the star! Let yourself be tempted and come and discover our new space.

L'Adret - The soul of a Refuge
Completely redesigned, L'Adret now offers a more intimate and refined experience. The renovation has created an elegant setting with warm materials: bespoke larch tables, Arpin fabric curtains, and a cosy atmosphere contrasting with the breathtaking panoramic view of Mont Blanc.

Bergerie de Planpraz - New
This year, we completely redesigned La Bergerie de Plan Praz restaurant, transforming it into a high-end brasserie, offering wood-fired cuisine, inspired by Savoy and Italy.
The restaurant benefits a brand new decoration, reinforcing the warmth and conviviality, with new comfortable benches, and numerous textiles, around its emblematic fireplace.
The terraces will be completely redesigned to offer more capacity and comfort.

Snacking Side

The snacking offer is also completely reimagined.
We love our ciabatta garnished with creamy burrata, pesto rosso, basil and raw ham from the Aosta Valley.
The traditional Savoyard Diot is cooked in white wine to be presented in a ciabatta bread with its cooking juice sauce, mustard grain pickles and red onions in our version of “Hot-Diot”.
To benefit from this new offer in maximum comfort, two takeaway restaurants are also completely redesigned: Le Comptoir et le Foehn.
